At Accenture, I have worked for multiple clients to enhance their user experience. I create interactive, complex, and beautiful prototypes and designs using Figma, and I conduct user research and user interviews to better understand business and user issues and desires. My goal is to help clients create an easy to use, visually appealing, and valuable product.

They needed a user interface that would facilitate the interaction with this data model and enable revenue managers to align their hotels with the new standards set by the model and parent company. |

| What I created | I collaborated with proposal leadership to map the user journey of the revenue managers, which included identifying opportunities to streamline and optimize tasks and reduce discontinuity between hotels. I then designed an intuitive interface to enable the revenue managers to efficiently organize and plan their hotel layouts using the new data model. The revenue managers can use the tool to react to changes in the market, recommendations from the parent company, and suggestions from the data model. |
