At Accenture, I have worked for multiple clients to enhance their user experience. I create interactive, complex, and beautiful prototypes and designs using Figma, and I conduct user research and user interviews to better understand business and user issues and desires. My goal is to help clients create an easy to use, visually appealing, and valuable product.

Designed a sales and pricing web application poised to increase revenue by $110-790M+ by utilizing a new, modular data structure and reducing bias by guiding users through a series of straightforward questions to determine deal structure and pricing.

Background Pricing and selling a deal involves numerous variables, and many users lack the expertise of seasoned sales practitioners or experience in handling complex transactions. Inspired by the simplicity and user-friendly design of TurboTax, this web application eliminates the guesswork in pricing, staffing, and structuring deals. By asking straightforward, objective questions about the deal, the application takes on the complex calculations, providing competitive, market-relevant pricing and delivery options with ease and speed.
What I created My work encompassed mapping the user journey, creating wireframes, and designing an interactive prototype using Figma. The prototype detailed the various stages of the sales process as a web application. Through multiple iterations and refinements, I collaborated with Sales and Pricing leadership to shape their vision and develop a simple, intuitive user experience. By transforming this concept into a tangible design, I enabled stakeholders and leadership to envision Sales and Pricing's goals not as distant aspirations but as practical tools that Accenture’s salespeople could utilize and benefit from in the near future. The product is currently being developed and piloted with users.
